We are seeking a creative and skilled Frontend/UX Designer to join our design team and contribute to both the design and development of our products.
The Frontend/UX Designer will be responsible for creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with our product vision. Additionally, this role involves coding to ensure that designs are implemented effectively and meet user needs. A high drive to learn, iterate quickly, and integrate AI tools into your workflow is essential.
- Design Creation: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Frontend Development: Translate designs into functional user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React.
- Collaboration: Work closely with frontend engineers and product managers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- UI/UX Best Practices: Ensure designs adhere to UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
- Design Systems: Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Tools Proficiency: Utilize tools like Zeplin for handoff and collaboration between design and development teams.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest design trends and integrate AI tools to enhance design and development workflows.
- Problem-Solving: Address design and implementation challenges and provide innovative solutions to improve user experience.
- Fast Iteration: Quickly iterate on designs and frontend components to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required. Demonstrated skills and experience are essential.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Zeplin.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and frontend frameworks like React.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
